The Capital City of Hà Nội is often referred to as the 'Paris of the Orient'. Today, enjoy a full day tour of this historic city full of charming lakes, parks and shaded boulevards. Your first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on every Monday, Friday morning and every afternoon) where the father of modern day Vietnam. Visit sites including the Stilt House, Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda. Afterwards, drive to the Temple of Literature. After some free time for lunch, continue with a visit to the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology followed by Hà Nội 'Hilton' Prison. The prison's displays focus on the sufferings of Vietnamese revolutionaries who were confined (and sometimes executed) here when the French were the masters of Vietnam in the early part of the 20th Century. The day wouldn't be complete without a Water Puppet Performance. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing early for the Mai Châu area, Southwest of Hà Nội. Shortly after leaving the city behind, the scenery starts to take on an altogether different look with endless stretches of farmland and hills and mountains looming in the distance. Arrive in Mai Châu and fuel up with lunch at a local restaurant before beginning the first trek. Depart on foot for Pom Coong Village, a village inhabited by the White Thai minority people. Enjoy a warm welcome by the hospitable locals and get a taste for their culture with a local meal and traditional dance performance. Then continue to transfer to Pù Luông, on the way you will have the chance to see the breathtaking mountain with panoramic views of the whole valley. Take some time to explore the beautiful retreat, with its captivating panoramic views and tranquil setting. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Take a short ride from the retreat to Dong Dien Village to visit the most beautiful valley in Pù Luông. On the way, you will have the opportunity to admire the immense terraced fields, if you are lucky to go in the rice season, you will admire the iridescent rice fields and majestic mountains. Walk along the winding trail and enjoy the natural landscape, both majestic and unspoiled and poetic villages on the way to Kho Mường Village, which is nestled in a forest. A small valley, surrounded by high mountains, the village has been inhabited for generations by more than 50 households, the people here still retain the traditional culture passed down for hundreds of years by their forefathers. Enjoy lunch on the way at a Thai family (to be paid on the spot). After lunch, depart Kho Mường Village following the road to Bang Village. Travel through the village on a hidden trail beside rice terrace fields and arrive back at the hotel for your overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, travel to Ninh Binh with a visit to the Nature Reserve of Van Long. Take photographs of a suspension bridge over the Cham River, where you begin your walk in search of stunning water wheels. Get up close to each wheel and discover how water is moved from the river to handmade bamboo aqueducts via simple constructions of all sizes. After lunch, travel to Van Long and upon arrival, board a bamboo rowboat for a boat trip rowing along the beautiful wetland of Van Long, enjoying spectacular scenery surrounded by rice paddies, a lotus pond and towering limestone mountain peaks. Return to Ninh Binh for your overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After breakfast, depart for Hạ Long Bay, travelling through the scenic countryside. The wondrous Hạ Long Bay is truly one of Vietnam's most impressive scenic sights. This exciting cruise will provide us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the clear and emerald water. The limestone karsts formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves. Please Note: the itinerary of Hạ Long will be changed based on which cruise you choose and depending on the weather without prior notice Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Wake up and enjoy breakfast served onboard. Continue cruising around the bay. Take a sampan to visit one of the Caves and return to the boat for brunch. After brunch, disembark the boat and transfer back to Hà Nội. Upon arrival in Hà Nội, check-in at the hotel for your overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy some free time your transfer you to the Airport for your departure flight. Meals: Breakfast
