Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is at leisure.
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel to depart for the Củ Chi Tunnels, a symbol of resistance and ingenuity during the Vietnam War. Watch a short, engaging documentary to set the scene before heading underground. Explore a maze of tunnels once hidden from the enemy, discovering clever traps, secret living quarters, kitchens and hospitals. Feel history come alive as you crawl through the very passageways used by guerrilla fighters. For an extra adrenaline rush, you can choose to take aim at the shooting range and fire a selection of authentic war-era weapons (at your own expense, under safe supervision). After exploring the tunnels, you will return to Hồ Chí Minh City for an afternoon to relax or explore the city on your own. Meals: Breakfast

After breakfast, depart for the Mekong Delta. On arrival in Mỹ Tho, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda before taking a leisurely Cruise on the Mekong River, passing scenic Islets and Riverside Villages. Continue by traditional Sampan through peaceful, coconut-lined canals. At Unicorn Islet, stroll through the village, taste fresh tropical fruits, enjoy honey tea and traditional folk music, and savour a delicious local lunch. In Bến Tre, known as the ‘Coconut Kingdom’, learn about local life and culture and visit a workshop to see traditional coconut products being made. You can unwind in a hammock or opt for a leisurely bike ride around the village. In the afternoon, we make our way back to Hồ Chí Minh City, where the evening is at leisure. Meals: Breakfast
