Upon arrival to Los Angeles Airport, transfer on your own to the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX Hotel for check-in via Airport Shuttle (the hotel is located in the Airport area). Shuttle Instructions: From the Arrivals Level, go up to the Departures Level and follow the signs for 'Hotel & Courtesy Shuttles'. Once outside the Terminal, look for the 'Hotel & Private Parking Shuttle' sign. This is where you can board the Shuttle to your Hotel. If you require assistance upon arrival, a representative will be available at the TBIT Terminal (Tom Bradley International Terminal, not the other Terminals) on Monday from 12:30pm-20:30pm. Hospitality Desk: A representative will be available ffrom 16:00pm-20:00pm in the Lobby of Hyatt Regency LAX, which is the Hotel across the street.
This morning, enjoy an American buffet breakfast at the hotel. At 08:15am, depart on a Half Day City Tour of Los Angeles, 'The City of Angels'. Founded by Mexican settlers, it is now a multi-ethnic metropolis home to communities from over 140 countries. The City's allure is largely tied to the legends and history of cinema and show business. Consequently, Hollywood is its most famous district and the iconic sign on the Hillside has become a globally recognised symbol. Hollywood Boulevard is the main thoroughfare featuring the Walk of Fame, a long sidewalk embedded with over 2,000 stars bearing the names of celebrities honored for their contributions to the entertainment industry. The financial and commercial hub is Downtown, home to Olvera Street where houses built in the early 12th Century can still be found. The tour concludes in Hollywood. The coach does not return to the hotel but continues with the Optional 'Los Angeles by the Beach' Excursion (not included), offering a chance to enjoy the beautiful Beaches and Santa Monica. This morning, enjoy an American buffet breakfast before we depart the Hotel at 08:15am to Las Vegas with a Bilingual Guide. Along the way, we will visit the Calico Ghost Town, famous for its Wild West Silver Mines. Afterwards, we continue we will be transported into the vibrant, almost surreal world of Las Vegas. In the evening, enjoy an Optional 'Lights and Sounds' Excusions (not included) to marvel at this dazzling spectacle of the City with the most lights in the World. Las Vegas is the gambling Capital of the globe, known as 'Sin City', a place defined by excess, entertainment and spectacular shows. Overnight in Las Vegas. Meals: Breakfast
This morning grab a Grab & Go Breakfast before our departure to the vast expanse of the breathtaking Grand Canyon, which is one of the greatest wonders of the World. An immense Gorge carved out by the Colorado River, the Grand Canyon measures some 450 kms long, over 1,800 metres deep and up to 29 kms wide. Its sheer scale and vibrant colours will leave you speechless. You will have time to enjoy the park and take pictures or simply relax. After breakfast, we will continue through Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park with its colourful red buttes and spires towering hundreds of feet above the valley floor. As one of the most remarkably beautiful landscapes in the World it was recognised early by Hollywood as a stunning background for many classic John Ford films as well as other favourites such as Thelma and Louise and Forest Gump. Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel before we depart to visit the magnificent Antelope Canyon X. Not as well known as the Grand Canyon, this spectacle of nature carved out of sandstone by the wind and water that formed the walls. It is famous for its red rocks with violet and orange tones and for the impressive effects of light. We will continue through Bryce Canyon where you can admire the still strange nature of this corner of the American West, colourful rocks and pinnacles sculpted by the natural phenomena of erosion. There is an Amphitheatre of needles whose colours vary from day to day, from yellow to orange, from pink to red or purple. Please Note: Visit to Bryce Canyon National Park will be on Day 6 or Day 7, at the Tour Guides discretion. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, we will depart to Las Vegas for our overnight stay. Enjoy the night free at leisure to explore Sin City and see why it is called the Entertainment Capital of the World! Meals: Breakfast
