Description: After breakfast this morning, meet with your private guide and driver and head to visit Gunung Kawi Temple, an 11th Century Temple Complex comprised of 10 Rock Cut Candi (Shrines) carved into the cliff face. These monuments are thought to be dedicated to King Anak Wungsu of the Udayana Dynasty and his favourite Queens. Then continue to Tampak Siring to see the Holy Spring Water Temple Tirta Empul. Spring Water of Tirta Empul is believed to have magical power by the Balinese to purify from sins, to give youth and to heal diseases. Afterward proceed to view the magnificent panorama of the still active Mt. Batur Volcano, famous for its great eruption in 1917. The older local people remember this year as ‘the time when the world shook’ now, lots of people come to admire the beauty of this volcano and the area surround it. You will also get to see Batur Lake, Bali's largest lake with an area of approximately 18 square kilometres. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. We drive to Nusa Dua for your overnight stay.
